The goverment dropped the VAT from 18% to 8 % for 151 net sqm and more
And Dropped the VAT from 8% to 1% for 150 net sqm and less
till 31 December and the title deed fee to 3%.
It was announced that the campaign launched by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will continue until the end of the year.
the VAT discount offered more opportunities for foreigners .
Considering that a house of 500,000 TL is sold with 18% VAT the VAT that the foreigners will pay to this house before the discount is 90.000 TL
but after the discount they will pay only 40,000 TL as VAT.
