Nurol GYO informed the KAP (public disclosure platform) that it was selling 6.5 million dollars (22.8 million TL) of cluster office in one go from the project of Nurol Park in Güneşli.
The transactions that is the purchase of the entire 2 layers of 14 independent sections in Nurol Park J Office Block occurred by foreign investor on June 2. Samim Hatipoğlu who is General Manager in Nurol GYO stated that the sale shows the trust of the foreign investor to the Turkish economy and the Nurol brand. He said that “The tax advantage provided by the government for the resident individual investors abroad is an important support for the sector.”
Combined project that consists of one office block consisting of 119 units, Turkey’s first Designer Outlet Oasis, Airport suite consisting of 326 suites and 8 residences block consisting of 1186 residences is designed by referencing to the new urban transformation projects in Barcelona.

The Association of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Partnership (GYODER) announced that, the surface area of buildings increased by 7.9 percent in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period of the previous year. The total area of the buildings granted permission to use the building increased by 16.6 percent compared to the same period of the previous year. In the GYODER Report, it was pointed out that housing sales increased by about 7 percent in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period of 2016.
