According to the information gathered from the data of Directorate General of State Airports Authority (DGSAA), the number of flights in air traffic with the incoming and outgoing passengers increased in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period of the previous year. 4 million 604 thousand 419 domestic flights 10 million 934 thousand 412 in foreign lines, 15 million 538 thousand 831 people used Ataturk Airport in January, February, and March.
23 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF YEAR
At Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the total number of incoming and outgoing passengers in the first 3 months was 7 million 816 thousand 261. 5 million 318 thousand 556 of these passengers used domestic lines, 2 million 497 thousand 705 of these passengers used foreign lines. Two airports in the city, the number of passengers in the first three months of this year was recorded as 23 million 355 thousand 92.

In the Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airports, the number of passengers arriving and departing in January, February and March last year were 19 million 339 thousand 995, according to last year, it is seen that increasing as 4 million 15 thousand 97 passengers.
