Overvest Group Chief Executive Yunus Soylet said that the project, which will be built on 146 hectares, will employ more than 4 people with marina, bazaar and hotel units. Söylet who said the project will be located along the E-5 highway parallel to the coast line of 1,200 meters in total, by Starting from the point where the lake merges with the sea in Büyükçekmece, noted that the bazaar section of the project will come from 32 different buildings, which are the symbols of 7 famous European cities. Saying that there will be more than 200 stores in the bazaar section, Söylet noted that there will be an entertainment area of 20 thousand square meters, congress centers and an organization space of 1.000 people.
