Ergün Turan who is TOKI President stated that their priorities are to make the citizens who have the lower -income and middle-income homeowners.
Turan who said that the last 3.5 years, 95 percent of the built housing, 98 percent of the built in 2017 is built as a social housing for the lower-income and middle-income groups, explain that they put 6 thousand 893 houses on the market in 38 cities the prices of the houses that have different prices according to the projects these started from 55 thousand Turkish liras and installments started from 185 Turkish liras per month.
Turan who said that the houses will be sold according to just application priority, there is no precondition, and no lot explained that citizens will be able to have housing by applying to the relevant banks.
THERE IS A CONDITION THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY HOUSING
Turan who indicated that housing sales prices, installments and application conditions are on the TOKİ’s web site, emphasized that the application conditions for the sale may vary according to the projects .
Turan said, “Our most important condition is that our citizens have never been homeowners before, and that they have not bought any housing from TOKI before, or have not used a housing loan and have turned 18 age.”
TOKI REACHED 822 THOUSAND
Turan said that TOKİ could produce 43 thousand houses as from its founding in 1984 until 2002 and that they targeted about 65-70 thousand housing numbers for this year.
