Three districts with the highest increases in September were Pursaklar, Mamak and Keçiören in Ankara. The average square meter price in the house for sale in Mamak was 1,235 TL with a rate of 1.2 percent. The average square meter price in the residence for sale in Kecioren, which has a rate of 0.8 percent, has reached a thousand 418 TL.

The average square meter price of residential properties in İzmir has increased by 12 percent in the last year to 2 thousand 627 TL. The three most prominent districts of İzmir during the month of September were Bayraklı, Bornova and Kemalpaşa.
