As of the end of the first 11 months of 2017, the sales prices of the houses in the square meters were seen most in Aydın with an increase of 102 percent over 5 years. The sales price in square meters in the city is 1925 TL, the resale sale price is 240 thousand TL and the return period (depreciation) is 19 years.

Aydin was followed by Ordu with a rate of increase of 97 percent in 5 years. In the city, the square meter sale price is 1700 TL, the resale sale price is 228 thousand TL, and the returning time is 24 years.

Bursa, which spent the same process with 90 percent increase, took third place. Square meter prices in the city 1925 TL, residential sale price of 274 thousand TL and the return period was measured as 18 years.

These 3 cities were followed by İzmir with an increase of 79 percent along with Sakarya, Istanbul-Bursa-Izmir highway studies and İstanbul-İzmir Canakkale bridge connection effect with an increase of 87 percent.

İzmir’s Cesme, Seferihisar, Urla, Güzelbahçe, Karaburun, Kemalpaşa and Torbalı districts experienced significant increases with increasing demand for land and housing investments.
